The Application Process

To become a member of the Preston Heights Community, please follow these 3 steps:

Note: Each adult 16 years or older who will live in your unit must complete an application.

Complete an Application Form – You can complete the form on-line or print the form and return it to the co-op office in-person, by email or by regular mail. Once the application is received, the co-op will conduct a credit check.

Your application is then forwarded to a member of the Member Selection Committee who will contact you to schedule an interview. The purpose of the interview is to allow the co-op to find out more about you and for you to find out more about the co-op.

After the interview, your application is forwarded to the Board of Directors for final review and approval.

Preston Heights at this time does not have any subsidized units available.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Sign and occupancy agreement
  • Satisfy all financial requirements
  • Over the age of 16
  • Demonstrated history of volunteerism
